Community Gaming
Join our group of gamers on our club nights and play anything from Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Magic the Gathering, Settlers of Catan, Chess and so much more.
With a broad mix of new starts, casual gamers, and competitive veterans on various games systems and types, no matter your level, you'll find someone to play.
And don't worry if you don't have your own things. The Crucible has everything you need to get started playing.
Crucible 40k League
In 2026, 17 players in 4 groups played off against each other over the course of several months, scoring points for each Win or Draw they achieved.
The top two players of each group went forward into a series of Knock-out games for the chance to win the Crucible Cup.
The next two of each group took part in a series of Knock-out games in order to compete for the Crucible Shield.
As well as a Warhammer 40k Club League each year, we run small RTT events for our members.
Monthly Narrative Games
The first week of each month we try to arrange a 40k multiplayer narrative game tied to an ongoing story created and curated by our regular younger players. The result of each battle influences the next!
Other custom 40k games are played ocassionally, like our Anniversary CARNAGE! event, and Waaagh'lloween, and plans are underway to have some Sigmar and Necromunda narrative games added to the roster.

Fees
Adults are £4 if playing, £2 otherwise.
Under 18s are £2.
