Join our group of gamers and play Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Kill Team, Spearhead, Blood Bowl and more.
With a broad mix of new starts, casual gamers, and competitive veterans, no matter your level, you'll find someone to play.
And don't worry if you don't have your own stuff. The Crucible has several club factions that anyone can come along and use, from Combat patrols to learn with, or extra units to bolster your own army.
Crucible 40k League
We have recently started our first ever 40k League.
17 players in 4 groups will play off against each other over the course of the next few months, scoring points for each Win or Draw they achieve.
The top two players of each group go forward into a series of Knock-out games for the chance to win the Crucible Cup.
The next two of each group will take part in a series of Knock-out games in order to compete for the Crucible Shield.
All going to plan, we aim to be holding the League Final at our Anniversary Event, CARNAGE!
Monthly Narrative Games
The first week of each month see's a multiplayer narrative game tied to an ongoing story created and curated by our regular younger players. The result of each battle influences the next!
Other custom 40k games are played ocassionally, like our Anniversary CARNAGE! event, and Waaagh'lloween.
Club Nights
The club currently meets every Thursday night at the
Argyle Community Centre,
Saltcoats, Ayrshire
from 6.00pm - 10pm.
Fees
Adults are £4 if playing, £2 otherwise.
Under 18s are £2.
If you are struggling to pay, talk to one of the committee and we can sort something out.
